Crystal Nathalie Greene

Crystal N. Greene, 37, of Michigan City passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Franciscan Communities St. Anthony Hospital from the injuries suffered in an accident earlier in the day.
Funeral services celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Root Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pine Lake Cemetery in La Porte, Indiana. Viewing will be held on Saturday from 12 Noon until 2:00 p.m. at the Root Funeral Home.
Crystal was born August 25, 1979 in Michigan City to Jerry Greene and Colleen Babb. Her father is preceding her in death and her mother is surviving in Michigan City.
She in survived by her loving companion of over 20 years and husband Abnoraldo Pina who is surviving in Michigan City.
Also surviving are three loving children, Javier Greene, Quiana Greene and Ricardo Pina all of Michigan City; one grandchild, Lucero Greene, three brothers, Madison Kent of South Bend, Doc Patrick of South Bend and Dustin Patrick of LaPorte.
She worked at Shoreland Lumber in Three Oaks, Michigan..
She was a very hard working woman who was always willing to help others. You could never ask for a better wife and she leaves a hole in the hearts of those that love her, but they are comforted in knowing they will meet again someday. She was a very special person who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
